MedicalGPS patient experience survey measures patient satisfaction from the time the appointment was
made to the time the patient spent with the provider.
Visit Preparation: Measures how courteous, respectful and friendly the clinical
staff was during the patient's visit.
Provider Explanation: Measures whether providers at this practice gave clear,
easy-to-understand explanations during the patient's visit.
Office Wait Time: Measures how satisfied the patient was with wait time during
Patient Recommendation: Measures how likely the patient is to recommend this
practice to family and friends.
Charles M. Miller, DPM received his degree from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in 1984. Dr. Miller specializes in podiatry at Oak Hill Hospital and performs treats conditions such as/involving: nails, warts, sports medicine, pain management, geriatrics, diabetic foot care, joint replacement and arthritis, and there is a lab and x-ray on the premises. Dr. Miller is also a practicing podiatrist at the Ankle and Foot Care Center. He treats conditions such as: achilles tendon, ankle fractures, ankle instability,flat feet, fungus toenails, and geriatric foot care.
