Oak Hill Hospital (OHH) is a 280-bed acute care facility located in Brooksville, Florida. OHH is the largest hospital in Hernando County serving Brooksville, Spring Hill and neighboring Citrus County. OHH is the primary sponsoring institution for the residency program and provides the inpatient medicine, critical care medicine, maternity and newborn care, general surgery, emergency medicine and multiple subspecialty experiences with more than 57,000 ER visits per year including a designated Pediatric Emergency Room.
Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point (RMCBP) is a 290-bed acute care facility with over 30,000 visits annually and a long history of providing the highest level of emergency care and critical care for the Pasco, Hernando and Citrus county communities. RMCBP is a designated Level II Trauma Center in academic partnership with the University of South Florida (USF) College of Medicine. RMCBP is the ideal choice as a participating site for emergency medicine residency training.
