Spring Hill, FL – Oak Hill Hospital announces the appointment of Roger Carriere as Director of Food & Nutritional Services. Mr. Carriere comes to Oak Hill Hospital from Ed White Hospital, another HCA facility, where he also served as Director of Food & Nutritional Services (FANS).
Mr. Carriere comes to Oak Hill Hospital with a wide range of experience in the food service industry. He has served as Food Service Director at Baton Rouge Hospital, Tampa General, and Suncoast Hospital. He also has experience at managing restaurants including the prestigious Lafayette House, which is a 5 Star restaurant operating catering to New England including the New England Patriots!
Mr. Carriere has served in the Armed Forces and completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Service Management from Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island.
Mr. Carriere particularly impressed the selection team with his hands-on, associate centered, “can do” management approach.
