Spring Hill, FL – Oak Hill Hospital announces the appointment of Maria DeNicola, MS, RD as Director of Food & Nutrition Services. Ms. DeNicola comes to Oak Hill Hospital from St. Joseph’s John Knox of Tampa Bay in BayCare Health System, where she served as Dining Services Director. Ms. DeNicola has over 30 years in food and nutrition services leadership. She has served as director of food services for such prestigious institutions as:

  • Montefiore Medical Center, Bronx, New York
  • Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, New York, New York
