“Every day we seek to raise the bar higher for ourselves and for healthcare everywhere. I am thrilled to have Leanne leading the charge with our nursing caregivers to ensure we deliver the highest quality care to the patients we are privileged to serve,” said Ravi Chari.
“She is the perfect candidate for this position based on her passion for nursing and the remarkable changes that she made during the six years that she served as our CNO,” said Oak Hill Hospital CEO Mickey Smith. “Under her leadership, our hospital has one of the lowest RN turnover rates in the company and, to our knowledge, the highest percentage of board certified nurses in the country,” he added.
