Community Seminar: “Innovations in Hip Replacement Surgery”

Spring Hill, FL – Oak Hill Hospital announces that it will continue its popular For Your Health Community Education Series. On Tuesday, August 20, 2013 from 5:30 pm – 7 pm, William J. Jason, MD will present “Innovations in Hip Replacement Surgery” at the Palace Grand, 275 Della Court, Spring Hill, FL 34606.

William J. Jason, MD is board certified as an orthopaedic surgeon and is on staff at Oak Hill Hospital. He will present a seminar about a cutting-edge, minimally invasive hip replacement surgical procedure that doesn’t cut any muscles or tendons. This procedure is performed on a special operating table called the hana table. Dr. Jason maintains an interest in providing state-of-the-art arthroscopic treatment of shoulder, elbow, knee, and ankle disorders, including rotator cuff and complex ligament reconstructions. He is trained in and routinely performs minimally invasive joint replacement surgery. He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery and certified with a sub-specialty in orthopaedic sports medicine.
