Brooksville, FL – The 10th Annual Community Health Fair to be held October 11, 2014 from 10 am to 2 pm will feature a youth Cosplay Contest for children ages 14 and under.

A Cosplay (costume play) is a subculture of conventions worldwide. Fans dress up as characters from movies, books, comics, or video games. All participants need to be ages 5 to 14. Those who enter should dress as their favorite character from movie, TV series, Manga, Anime, comics, or video game. Judges for the contest will be the famous “Spring Hill Power Rangers.”

The 10th Annual Hernando Community Health Fair will be held at St. Anthony Catholic Church, Heffernan Hall, 20428 Cortez Boulevard.

The Kidz World and Cosplay Cpntest is presented by the Pediatric Emergency Care Center at Oak Hill Hospital.
