One of the "Big Four" founding professors at the Johns Hopkins Hospital as the first Professor of Medicine and founder of the Medical Service there.

"It is more important to know what sort of a patient has a disease than what sort of disease a patient has."

Our program is dedicated to providing the highest quality graduate medical education. Our dynamic clinical teaching faculty and staff are eager to share with you their knowledge and experience. Oak Hill Hospital’s teaching staff includes doctors who use the "hands on" approach to teaching and learning in our Internal Medicine Residency Program. Those who join this up and coming program will be provided with priceless opportunities to participate in patient care and management.

We are proud of our hospital's achievements, the quality of care and the many important services and educational programs we provide to the people of our community. It is our hope that you will join our exceptional team of medical professionals here at Oak Hill Hospital. We look forward to working with you in your endeavors to achieve your medical career goals.

The Board of Trustees, the Medical Staff, and the employees believe that continuing your education here at Oak Hill Hospital would be a vital, meaningful part of your medical training.
