Oak Hill Hospital Continues to Partner With YMCA to Present "Helping You Live Well with Diabetes"

Spring Hill, Florida – Oak Hill Hospital announces that on Wednesday, July 25, 2012, from noon to 1 pm Oak Hill Hospital, in collaboration with the YMCA of the Suncoast, will present a discussion on type 2 diabetes at the YMCA of the Suncoast/Hernando County branch, 1300 Mariner Boulevard, Spring Hill, Florida 34609. Arturo Castro, MD, board certified in endocrinology and internal medicine, will provide information for diabetics or anyone living and supporting someone with diabetes including signs and symptoms, treatment, medications, and how to prevent and how to manage diabetes.
If you are at risk for type 2 diabetes, the YMCA’s diabetes prevention program can help you adopt and maintain healthy lifestyles that will help you reduce your chances of developing diabetes.
Admission is free and doors are open at 11:45 and a complimentary lunch will be served.
