New Appointments to Quality and Risk Team

Spring Hill, FL – Oak Hill Hospital has announced recent appointments to its quality and risk management team. Following the appointment of Leanne D. Salazar, RN, MBA, BSN as Vice President of Quality and Risk Management, Ms. Salazar recently announced three new additions to her quality team:
- Marie Richard, RN, BSN. Ms. Richard was promoted to the quality team after serving Oak Hill Hospital as a case manager in the intensive care unit. She is an experienced critical care nurse with strong organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Marie will join the quality team with a focus on acute myocardial infarction and congestive heart failure evidenced based core measures.
- Liz Jennings, RN, BS, MBA, CIC (Certified Infection Control). Mrs. Jennings was promoted to the Quality Team on Monday, January 9th after serving as a Computerized Physician Order Entry (CPOE) educator to physicians and nurses. Mrs. Jennings has been employed at Oak Hill Hospital for 20 years as a Registered Nurse, specializing in post-anesthesia care. Mrs. Jennings is an experienced, certified nurse in Infection Prevention and Control with outstanding leadership skills. She will be an asset to our quality program and it is with great pleasure that she will now serve as the Infection Prevention Practitioner.
- Chriss Lavigne, Patient Experience Coordinator. Ms. Lavigne joined the Oak Hill Hospital team on January 9 from an HCA facility in Fort Walton Beach. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a social science major from the University of Maryland. Ms. Lavigne has a reputation for enthusiasm, professionalism, and dedication and she was recognized for award winning customer service.
