"Let's Get Movin' for Health"

Spring Hill, FL – Oak Hill Hospital announces that the Heart Institute at Oak Hill Hospital continues to offer a monthly Healthy Hearts education series for anyone interested in a healthy heart and healthy living. The next program will be held on Monday, March 12, 2012 from 5 pm to 6 pm in the cafeteria conference room at Oak Hill Hospital, 11375 Cortez Boulevard, Spring Hill, FL 34613. The purpose of the education series is to provide information and answer questions regarding all aspects of the heart. Anyone wishing to learn more about heart disease and heart healthy living is encouraged to attend.
The next series will feature Paul Ernandes, Ph.D., PT, Director of Rehabilitation Services for Oak Hill Hospital, who will address all the ways that one can get up and start moving, or in some cases not move, for maximum health.
He will address and discuss a wide range of situations and circumstances, such as:
- I’m healthy. Therefore, I don’t need to be active!
- I have heart disease. Therefore, I should not be active!
- When is activity alone enough?
- Is this the right activity for me?
- People say that…! Are they correct?
- And many other situations and circumstances.
The public is encouraged to attend. Dr. Paul Ernandes has an excellent presentation style and audiences who have listened to him before have said that they truly enjoy his programs.
