Healthy Hearts Education Series- "Heart Healthy Exercising"

Spring Hill, FL – Oak Hill Hospital has announced that the Heart Institute at Oak Hill Hospital offers a monthly Healthy Hearts education series for anyone interested in a healthy heart and healthy living. The next program will be held on Monday, July 11 from 4 – 5:30 pm in the cafeteria conference room at Oak Hill Hospital, 11375 Cortez Boulevard, Spring Hill, Florida 34614.
The purpose of the education series is to provide information and answer questions regarding all aspects of the heart. Anyone wishing to learn more about heart disease and heart healthy living is encouraged to attend.
This month’s program will be conducted by Paul Ernandes, Ph.D., PT, Director of Rehabilitation Services at Oak Hill Hospital, who will discuss Heart Healthy Exercising. Dr. Ernandes will present useful information and ways to exercise to keep your heart healthy. He will describe and even let you partake, if you wish, in some of the easy movements that almost anyone can perform. Join in this session that will surprise you, inform you and hopefully entertain you. So, bring another couple or other friends to this Healthy Hearts Education Series event.
