Spring Hill, Florida – Oak Hill Hospital announces that it will continue its popular For Your Health community education series. On Tuesday, August 14, 2012 from 5:30 pm – 7 pm, Lyle G. Breeding, MD will present “Changing Trends in peripheral Vascular Disease” at Silverthorn Country Club, 4550 Golf Club Drive, Brooksville, FL 34609, approximately 2-1/2 miles south of Cortez Boulevard (SR 50) on Barclay Avenue, Brooksville.
Lyle G. Breeding, MD is board certified in general and vascular surgery and fellowship trained in general and vascular surgery. Dr. Breeding will discuss peripheral vascular (arterial) disease, better known PVD or PAD. PVD is a disease of any blood vessel that is not part of the heart or brain. Dr. Breeding will be covering all aspects of PVD to include causes, risk factors, signs and symptoms, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, lifestyle changes, medications, and procedures.
