Spring Hill, FL – Oak Hill Hospital announces that it will continue its popular For Your Health community education program. On Tuesday, May 22, 2012 Oak Hill Hospital will present a symposium, “Living Well with Diabetes” at Silverthorn Country Club, 4550 Golf Club Drive, Brooksville, Florida, approximately 2.5 miles south of Cortez Boulevard (State Road 50) on Barclay Avenue, from 5:30 – 7 pm. This symposium will be presented by a distinguished panel of physician experts:

These four physician experts, on staff at Oak Hill Hospital, will be covering every aspect of this disease, from caring for your eyes to caring for your feet, your heart, and your overall health.
This “first of its kind” symposium will provide the information every diabetic or anyone living and supporting someone with diabetes would need. All four physicians will be available for questions and answers to address all concerns the audience may have about how to live the healthiest lifestyle possible.
